On Wednesday the 29th of May Restour serves three extra dishes with either mozzarella or burrata. The first is called: Gnocchi alla sorrentina, which is a dish with gnocchi, tomato sauce and mozzarella (100% = €3,50). The second is a vegetarian asparagus & burrata dish (100% = €6,50). And the third is a focaccia with burrata, mozzarella and dried ham (100% = €3,95). For all the veggies out there this last dish is also available without the dried ham of course.
The difference between mozzarella and burrata
Is there a difference between the two cheeses? Yes, there is. Mozzarella is a semi-soft Italian cheese made from cow or buffalo milk. Burrata is like mozzarella but formed into a pouch and then filled with soft, stringy curd and cream. For more info about these cheeses, check this article.
